All prices on the website include the Delivery Costs – ie Free Delivery
Items are to be purchased online using PayPal, or bank transfer, will be delivered to your delivery address in less then 5 working days.
The delivery person may call beforehand or whilst on the way for confirmation and
directions. One may try the shoes only if the customer is at home during delivery.
Delivery person will not wait for customer to arrive.
Local Customers: (Gozo)
Items will be delivered in less then 5 working days using Malta Post from the day the PayPal payment is received.
There is a €5 charge on total order, regardless amount of items.
We accept International orders; Postal charges will be calculated before check out.
We will dispatch all items the following normal working day, yet delivery may take
up to 30 days according to the Country.
In order to minimise the cost, we suggest that packaging is kept to the minimum.
In case of any fault or if the item does not meet your expectations and on the
condition the item is in a brand new condition;
You are to deliver item to Xus Malta Triq it-Tuffieh Naxxar during opening hours. Bringing item in original packaging and receipt in less then 14 days from delivery day.
One may to choose something else or get a Credit Note valid for 3 months from the Naxxar Outlet (not applicable for delivery).
Gift Vouchers may be offered in certain cases on management’s discretion.
The above applies if supplier is informed within 5 days from delivery/collection
(which ever comes later).
The supplier has the right to refuse to replace, even if customer is stating that item is
If any fault develops during the first two weeks from collection or delivery, customer
is to send photo of said fault to [email protected] or come in person at Xus Malta Triq it-Tuffieh Naxxar – during opening hours – bringing item in original packaging and receipt.
Item will be checked by our personnel.
In case of any fault or if item does not meet your expectations and on the condition
the item is in a brand new condition, we will refund you in full when it is received
back at our stores.
You are to contact us within 40 days from the confirmation email received from our
end, in order to inform us that you will be returning your item. All shipping/postage
costs to return are to be incurred by the customer. Item is to be received in less then
30 days from the notification sent. Please return the item to Xus Malta, Apple Street
Naxxar, Malta NXR 3026.
We will refund you through PayPal.
Promotional Code Terms & Conditions:
Every now and then Xusmalta will be sending esteemed clients promotional codes in
order to get a discount on their next order.
These Codes cannot be used in conjunction to any other offers and are not
Xusmalta.com has the right to add, remove or amend any part of these Terms and
conditions without notification. PayPal terms and conditions are applicable.
